Recruiting for the Doha Metro Project

Following on from a personal recommendation, we were approached by our client to assist them with their white collar, permanent staffing requirements on the Doha Metro project.

With this client being a high profile company, it was important to adopt a level of diplomacy and have a strong understanding of the cultural mindset and motivations of the client moving forwards.

With our experience of working on 10+ rail / metro projects to date, coupled with our construction database of over 130,000 construction specific candidates, we were able to provide bespoke solutions for our client involving a full 360⁰ global search & selection of rail and metro professionals. All metro disciplines were recruited for by our multilingual team of Consultants that speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Candidates were sourced from all over the world from either live or recently finished rail or metro projects.
