International manufacturer

The Academy has worked with Howden, an international manufacturer of pumps for oil, gas and other industries, in developing their senior management team in executive coaching and mentoring and leadership and management skills. In doing so, we also worked with the operations director to develop the coaching culture throughout the organisation, through a combination of training, mentoring and culture development.

We delivered the programme through our online platform, enabling us work as far afield as Australia, USA, Canada, Mexico and eastern Europe, as well as the UK. Successful participants achieved the ILM Level 7 Certificate or Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring or the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
