Academy of Leadership and Management
The UK territory of St Helena is a small island in the middle of the South Atlantic, with a population of around 4000 people. The Academy has worked with 18 people, including high ranking government officials, to develop their leadership, management, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
The impacts of the programme have been well felt, including promotions and business impacts. It has also helped to open up the island's management capability with a cost effective approach to their development.
