When this IT company in the digital space, set the objective to expand into LATAM six years ago, we provided all initial HR guidance regarding local employment laws, expatriates management, payroll forecasting, company formation and, ultimately absorbed all the "Employer of Record" responsibilities for a workforce of now 70 employees across four counties: Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

We removed entry barriers and, the associated risks by absorbing all the employer's legal responsibilities and complexities on their behalf.
