Wan Chai Hong Kong
In 2005 the Hong Kong office of Marquis & Johnson provided procurement and contract drafting services to Hong Kong investors Wan Chai Investments for a number of privately funded schemes in Thailand.
Following on from this initial support the team were later asked to advise on legal and contractual issues that arose through the project execution.
Expert reports for quantum and delay analysis were used in negotiations by our client to reach an acceptable settlement with their appointed contractor.
