Workshops Tokyo Japan 2018

Lillie has just spent 2 weeks in Tokyo Japan working with her distributor Tea Treats running workshops and making limited edition pots of Fig & Earl Grey jam, sadly only for sale in Japan. The workshops which where held at Fog linen and ran for a week invited participants to come and make Apricot jam and learn about some of the different ingredients you can cook into the jam. Together as teams they made their own batches and choose what they wanted to cook with the fruit and then everyone sat down to some iced tea and chatted about the flavours.
