Communications Skills and Public Speaking 2 day Course

A two day course was delivered to a global pharmaceutical client to improve communication skills. The course was specifically tailored for the client and included active listening, executive presence, the effect of personality types on preferred communication styles and methods, business writing and one day on public speaking, which included formulating engaging speeches and presentations, delivery including tone, pitch, body language, the use of power stances, improving confidence. The course was highly successful with all delegated feeding back that it was excellent training both in delivery and content.
