Perfecting Data for Regulatory Compliance at Danske Bank

Danske Bank undertook a short Proof of Concept with Datactics’ RegMetrics solution to evaluate its capability in providing greater assurance of compliance with FSCS requirements for accuracy of customer data, and better customer experiences through higher levels of data quality. Following the POC, a contract was signed to put the solution into production.

RegMetrics is a simple add-on to Danske Bank’s systems, running each night against a rule set extracted from the FSCS regulation to deliver actionable insights into the health of its customer data records and enables the Bank to cleanse records that are failing data quality rules. The interface is easy to use and requires no programming knowledge for the business intelligence team, enabling them to manage and maintain the rules themselves. The overall effort is significantly reduced compared with the previous process, and features a greater level of automation through Datactics' workflow management tool.
