Work included:
• Recommending, specifying and sourcing a new LMS for their 2000+ customers and 500,000 users
• Managing LMS implementation, configuration and developments
• Organisation and user migration
• Providing consultancy and creating documentation on issues across the entire business including resourcing, product offering and processes
• Creating processes in line with best industry practises and step-by-step guidance documentation
• Storyboarding and management of promotional/explainer videos
• Training and development of staff
• Liaising directly with end users, conducting webinars etc.
