Tunnel Casing Pipe/Pipe Jacking West Africa

We supplied over 600 metric tonnes of 1220mm OD x 17 mm WT stock pipe for pipe jacking.
The tubes were required for the tunnel lining support for an on-offshore pipeline in West Africa.
Material was on the critical path and delivery performance essential to avoid project delays. Mill manufacturing timescale would have jeopardised the project timings, and our cost effective stock pipe was used as an immediately available solution.
Tubes were inspected by the client and signed off for shipment. We arranged multiple shipments, all delivered on time and in full to project site in 40’ containers, loaded ex works and unloaded at the job site.
In total 32 containers were shipped on time using different shipping companies to minimise the risk of delay.
