Derwent London - Property development branding/regeneration

Website
A property brand needs to reflect the essence and character of the building. The colour palette and construction of this building was powerful and striking, formed of geometric perpendicular shapes (creating a zig zag effect). It was important that the identity reflected these qualities and the minimal use of orange as an accent colour throughout the building. The zig zag effect was reflected through all the materials in a subtle way. We chose Swiss typography with its strict grid systems, combined it with a black and white palette and used positive and negative space to create a strong typographic brand that complemented the industrial nature of the interiors. As well as property branding and promotion, one of the key services we provide for our property clients are signage and wayfinding solutions for getting around a building. As this was a large building with two central cores and two key entrances this was a particularly challenging brief where simplicity was the key.
