The restored classic outer exterior concealed a state of the art modern, mixed use development. Our design
solution reflected these qualities, embodied in our key phrase ‘Where the past meets the present’. It was important that we generated and planned materials that covered the whole life cycle of the refurbishment. From window graphics (hiding work at ground level), to printed invites (expressing interest) and marketing literature and digital sales tools (generating sales). The innovative website was tailored specifically for the luxury sector with google maps being styled and edited to only show luxury facilities. Our property experience means we can produce materials that are required for the lifespan of the build including:
naming; branding; pre-completion documents; website; promotional brochures; emailers; hoardings;
signage and wayfinding. This capability means we create brand consistency across all materials which allows us to act a brand guardians on behalf of our clients.
