Based at Oxford Science Park we assist overseas companies to expand to the UK and their UK based entities to recruit skilled workers. Using the sponsorship routes companies may choose to send Expansion Workers to set up the UK branch or subsidiary. That entity may then recruit further employees who are Senior Specialist Workers or Graduate Trainees (by way of intra-company transfer) or Skilled Workers from elsewhere via sponsorship. The company may also choose to hire Temporary Workers or workers under International Agreements such as GATT or EU-UK Trade and Corporation Agreement via GBM: Service Supplier. We can help UK based companies to secure their Sponsorship Licences and to advice and train HR staff in relation to compliance duties to maintain the licences and to deal with Home Office audits. We have experience of working with multi-nationals and High Networth Individuals.
