With Angels’ Nectar we showcase different styles of Scotch Whisky with a series of small batch releases. Currently we offer: - Angels’ Nectar Original - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 40% Carefully created from a selection of Speyside and Highland malt whiskies. It is smooth and sweet with hints of apple pie on the nose, followed by heather honey and lemon on the taste. - Angels’ Nectar PX Sherry Cask Edition - Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% Matured in former Pedro Ximénez sherry barriques for six years, this is a lively sweet sherried highland single malt. The colour is a glorious bronze. On the nose the spirit shines first. The taste delivers the sweetness of roya icing, dried raisins and mixed peel. - Angels’ Nectar Oloroso Sherry Cask Edition - Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% Distilled in Highland Perthshire, this single malt has been matured for six years in former oloroso sherry casks. A refined sweet nose with hints of polished wood, followed by fudge and fruit cake on the taste. This dram delivers morish sherry elegance. Awarded a Great Taste One Star by the Guild of Fine Food in 2024. - Angels’ Nectar Cairngorms 4th Edition - Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% Distilled in the Cairngorms National Park the Angels’ Nectar Cairngorms 4th Edition is a Single Cask Speyside Single Malt, bottled in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust to support environmental and community projects in the Cairngorms. Natural colour, zesty on the nose, this is an enchanting dram with notes reminiscent of traditional boiled sweets. With our brand's innovative label design (which won the Scottish Creative Award for Illustration) Angels' Nectar presents a much loved story from whisky folklore in a contemporary fashion. Cask Sales From our own stocks we can now offer a small number of casks of Scotch Whisky each year, which can be bottled as an Angels’ Nectar limited edition, under your own label, or they can be purchased for further maturation.
