The team conduct on-site security reviews, of which identifies organisational areas for improvement, such as the enhancement of security policy frameworks, which also addresses improved protective security measures. As part of a global security consultancy, the team are a trusted and respected provider of security risk management solutions which is aligned to the United Kingdoms approach to protective security as laid out by the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) and Defence-In-Depth as illustrated by Secured By Design (SBD). The team have adopted this approach to ensure that an objective approach is taken to support clients with the development of their capability and capacity to ensure there is a viable and open business, whilst maintaining a safe and secure environment. Through extensive experience, the team have developed and continue to refine sophisticated methodologies for security risk assessment drawing on International Standards ISO31000, ISO18788 and ISO9001 when conducting Security Threat and Risk Assessments in accordance with the Security Operations Management System (SOMS) and Quality Management Systems approach to service delivery. The collaborative approach ensures the team develop risk commensurate security systems and solutions that match how clients work rather than simply trying to impose theoretical security solutions that do not enhance the clients‟ operational effectiveness.
