Have recently installed a new brewhouse that will enable easy increase in capacity as demand grows.  Most Ale is made with gluten containing ingredients although the process of making GOOD Ale removes the gluten. First Chop handcraft modern British ale in small batches and test to prove a gluten content of below 10ppm. First Chop produce great Ale everyone can enjoy.
