We insist that our products contain only simple, natural ingredients that you could find at home in your kitchen cupboard. Our award-winning range is a healthier type of jam and marmalade. We make them with fruit only, without added sugar, without preservatives or additives. We are proud of their quality, using double the amount of fruit compared with the recipe for traditional jams and marmalades. For example, we use 100g of blueberries to make 100g of our Blueberry fruit spread. They taste purely of sun-ripened, freshly picked fruit. In fact we have won Great Taste Awards for our best selling flavours. They may be lower in sugar but they are certainly not low in taste! We cook them gently at low temperature, in small batches, using handpicked, fully ripe, organic fruit from the orchard.
