Precision Dippings Manufacturing Ltd has been a leading specialist components manufacturer and developer of rubber dipped products since 1964. We work with other businesses in various sectors including medical, marine and industrial to produce prototypes, components and products. We offer four different material and will select the one that is most suitable for the customers needs. Material • Natural Rubber Latex • Polychloroprene (Neoprene) • Nitrile • Polyisoprene (Isoprene) Industrial For 60 years we have been creating custom industrial rubber products here in the UK including the mass production of rubber and latex components. We also offer a dip coating service which involves coating various materials with natural rubber latex or neoprene. Manufacturing Services Customers are supported from new product development and prototyping stages through to tooling design and quality automated production. Our complete product development service includes taking specification from technical drawings and designs, producing rubber prototypes and finalising the manufacturing processes and production. Our professional product development team assures a hassle-free process through to production quality and beyond. Health We have years of experience in producing a wide range of bespoke items for the medical sector including the supply of medical training aids, medical devices and medical products and components. Bloccs® Bloccs® Waterproof Cast & Dressing Covers are our own product that we make and sell. The form a watertight seal around the arm or leg which protects casts and dressings from water whilst showering and swimming. We base these seals on our experience with manufacturing dry suit seals. Our covers are made in our factory in Bristol, UK but are available internationally through Amazon. This led to a 2019 Queen’s Award in the international trade category.
