This is a Time Sensitive, FY 25 Requirement, the Solicitation is set aside to the NCO 21, MACC GROUP 2 IDIQ/MATOC Contract Holders to provide Construction Services for Construction of a Gold Star Memorial at the Richard A. Pittman VA Clinic at French Camp, CA as stated in the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings provided and attached in the solicitation.
Project Number: 612A4-24-012, Project Title: Construction of a Gold Star Memorial at the Richard A. Pittman VA Clinic NAICS 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction - $45.0M) IAW FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
The Government intends to award a Task Order Procurement Request (TOPR) to an eligible NCO 21, MACC GROUP 2, MATOC/IDIQ Contract holder. Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract without conducting discussions with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The basis of an award is price only.

Any Offers received from other than NCO 21, IDIQ MACC Group 2 current contract holders will not be considered. All Offerors must be verified in SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCert) Program as SDVOSB to be eligible for an award in VetCert Database at: Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov). An organized Site Visit is scheduled see PowerPoint (attached) and in Solicitation for date.
Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing, and shall be submitted by the prospective offerors, to Rosario Chaidez and Daniel Jhun. Questions shall be submitted only via e-mail, using the REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) form (attached) to: Rosario.chaidez1@va.gov and Daniel.jhun@va.gov. The subject line of the email must read: Construction of Gold Star Memorial for Robert A. Pittman VA Clinic, French Camp, CA RFI Technical Questions. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable. CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS (RFIs) is Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 4:00pm, Pacific Time (PT).
