PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, NATIONAL INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER (NIFC) 102-SHOSHONE-PAIUTE LIGHTING UPGRADE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the upgrade of the existing lighting and lighting control systems for the 102-Shoshone-Paiute (SHP) office building at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) located in Boise, Idaho. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside; North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238210, the Size Standard is $15 million. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, estimated to begin approximately 30 days after award. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be available for download on or about July 09, 2019. The solicitation package will be available electronically at www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net and will be posted for 30 days. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net for the release of the solicitation package, any other pertinent information, and for downloading a complete copy of the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies or email the solicitation. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered and complete the online Representations and Certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base via website: http://www.sam.gov.
