The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for project 642-16-105 Install Security Fencing at Parking Garage Building 28. This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required remove existing security fencing and install new security fencing on each floor of the parking garage (Building 28) as well as the pedestrian bridge. The new security fencing installed shall meet all the requirements stated on the drawings and in the specifications at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commerical and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about June 25, 2019.
