a. FOPR attachement 1, Statement of Work, dated 04 February 2024 is hereby superceded by FOPR attachement 1, Statement of SOW, dated 23 May 2024
b. The site visit/pre-proposal conference date has been updated from 07 March 2024 at 9:00 A.M. to 30 May 2024 at 1:00 P.M. PST.
c. Questions due date has been updated and is Tuesday, 04 June 2024, at 1:30 P.M. PST.
d. Proposal due date has been updated and is Thursday, 13 June 2024 by 1:00PM PST.
Project Title: XUMU 16-1149A Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers
1. This requirement is being set aside in accordance with FAR 19.805-1(b)(2) and is being considered for award to total small business set aside.
2. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price contract.
3. Negotiable Period of Performance of 183 calendar days.
4. Specification: See Section J.
5. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

7. Note to offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are presently not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are made available. The government
reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to
reimburse an offeror at any cost.
