BACKGROUND :
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC) serves the population of the Champlain - Charles-Le Moyne and Haut-Richelieu - Rouville local service networks (RLS); it also has a regional vocation for certain service trajectories, notably in oncology. The CISSSMC oversees clinical trials (mainly Phase II or III) sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry, notably in oncology, radiation oncology, gastroenterology, nephrology, cardiology, neurology and pulmonology.
The conduct of clinical trials requires numerous services and examinations, such as pharmacy, laboratory and imaging, in addition to the care and services provided by investigators and research staff.
The bidder must be able to perform the examinations according to the techniques and criteria required by the protocol listed in the Quotation.
DURATION OF CONTRACT :
The contract is for a firm period of three (3) years, plus two (2) options of one year each. In the event that the clinical study is not completed for certain patients, the successful bidder must offer the services under the terms of year 5 plus indexation according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for each additional year, until the end of the current study.
Receipt and opening of bids: Bidders must obtain the documents transmitted via the SEAO. To be valid and considered, bids must be addressed to the file manager and received no later than the date and time indicated in the tender notice. Bids submitted electronically via the SEAO are also accepted.
In view of the current pandemic period, it will not be possible to open bids in person. Instead, a link to attend the online Teams meeting will be sent to all bidders who have ordered their AO documents via the SEAO.

The PUBLIC AUTHORITY reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a TENDER if this request is sent less than THREE (3) working days before the date and time set for the receipt of Tenders.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received under this call for tenders.
