Description

Delivery and installation of RTG for the County Hospital in Chrzanów. The purchase is co-financed by the COVID-19 Fund.
A detailed description of the subject matter is included in the appendix entitled: DESCRIPTION OF THE PURPOSE OF THE ORDER (OPZ).3. The subject matter of the contract also includes : a) Adaptation of rooms in accordance with the scope of work for the installation of X-ray equipment,b) Purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning of X-ray equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Operational Conditions,c) Performance of acceptance and specialist tests for the offered equipment in accordance with applicable regulations,d) Implementation of a design for permanent radiological shielding,e) Implementation of computer network connection, power supply at the location of the supplied equipmentf) Integration of the equipment with the existing RIS and PACS system (using the license held by the Purchaser),g) Training of staff operating the equipment at the Purchaser's premises (for min. h) conduct additional training for designated employees of the Purchaser within 60 days from the date of completion of the contract (if necessary).
