Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and 4e to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "the equipment"), together with installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees.2: - part 1 - Real Time PCR thermocycler (2 pcs.), with technical parameters defined in Annex 4a to the SWZ,- part 2 - laminar chamber type 1 (1 pc.), with technical parameters defined in Annex 4b to the SWZ,- part 3 - laminar chamber type 2 (1 pc.Part 4 - echocardiograph (1 pc), with technical parameters listed in Annex 4d to the SWZ,- Part 5 - X-ray machine (2 pc), with technical parameters listed in Annex 4e to the SWZ.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment with technical parameters as defined in appendix 4a to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", together with installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees.2 The subject matter of this contract covers the following parts: - part 1 - Real Time PCR thermocycler (2 pcs), with technical parameters as defined in appendix 4a to SWZ.3 The above-mentioned medical equipment must meet the limit parameters defined in appendix 4a to SWZ respectively. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in appendix 4a to the SWZ will result in rejection of the bid.4. The equipment mentioned in item 2 will be delivered with accessories necessary for its proper operation.5. The delivery of the equipment mentioned in item 2 will take place at the place indicated by the Ordering Party in Gdańsk, at 17 Smoluchowskiego Street at the expense of the Contractor.6.The Contractor shall provide training to the Contracting Authority's employees in the basic operation of the medical equipment at the date specified in the draft agreement.7 The Contractor shall guarantee that the medical equipment supplied is brand new, complete, of a high standard in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material, design and legal faults, and licensed for use in public healthcare facilities.8The Contractor shall be obliged to provide, at the time of delivery of the medical equipment, copies of documents certified to be true copies of the originals stating that the offered assortment has been approved for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland.9. The offered medical equipment must be brand new and manufactured not earlier than in 2021.10. Should any terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract be used in the documentation for the said procedure, they shall be read together with the words or equivalent. Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. When offering products equivalent to those described in the specification, the contractor is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters which must not be lower than those indicated by the Contracting Authority.
