Description

The subject matter of the contract is the sale and delivery of X-ray apparatus together with the installation and adaptation of rooms for the benefit of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Radzyń Podlaski in accordance with the scope indicated in the content of the Terms of Reference.7 The subject matter of the contract includes: a) Sale and delivery of: a new X-ray apparatus with equipment hereinafter referred to as: "equipment" / "device" to the seat of SPZOZ in Radzyń Podlaski, b) transport of the device to the place of assembly, start-up of the device together with all peripheral devices, c) location, installation and start-up of the delivered device in the indicated place: the basements of the Main Building, d) adaptation works in rooms ensuring the required conditions of safe work with MRI equipment, e) verification testing and equipment calibration, f) carrying out the required tests, acceptance tests and basic and specialist tests required for the day of starting up the apparatus and preparation of documents necessary to obtain a permit for the use and acceptance of the new X-ray Laboratory by the Sanitary Inspectorate, g) staff training in the use and maintenance of the apparatus, h) submitting the documents referred to in the further part of the ToR at the time of acceptance,
