1) The subject matter of the contract is the successive deliveries of bed linen to the sewing plant of Mazowiecka Instytucji Gospodarki Budgetowej "Mazovia", Wołowo Branch (detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annex 2A.2). The place of delivery is the sewing plant of Mazowiecka Instytucja Gospodarki Budgetowej Mazovia, Wołowo Branch, ul. Cicha 8, 56-100 Wołów, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders placed by an authorised employee of the Awarding Entity via telephone, fax or e-mail.) The quantities given in Appendix No. 2A constitute the estimated demand.5) Specification of the subject matter of the contract with the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 19212000-5 - cotton fabrics6) The Contractor shall, at its own expense and responsibility, deliver the assortment of goods to the place indicated in item A.1.1 of the Prospectus. 2).7) Delivery of the assortment must occur on a working day at the Awarding Entity's premises, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in accordance with applicable regulations. 1) The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of cotton cloth (detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 2B.2).
