Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of school equipment under the project "Construction of the District Vocational Training Centre on the basis of the organizational base of the Complex of Schools in Chodecz together with the infrastructure", divided into 4 parts: Part No. 1 - delivery and assembly of equipment to mechanical studios.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Specification of studio equipment - Annex No. 5 to the ToR: Equipment for the professions: automotive technician, car mechanic, mechanic - fitter of machines and devices for Part No. 1 - delivery and assembly of equipment for the mechanical workshops. Equipment and devices delivered must be brand new, unused, production year 2019/2020. Delivery of equipment is possible only when the building is ready for its acceptance, inspection and assembly. Until the time of faultless final acceptance, the contractor is responsible for its quality and proper quantity. The subject of the order will be covered by a minimum period of manufacturer's warranty. The Contractor may extend the warranty period of the manufacturer of the subject of the order by a maximum of 12 months. Irrespective of the rights of the ordering party resulting from the guarantee, the ordering party will be entitled to a 2-year warranty for defects in relation to the contractor. The ordering party requires that the subject matter of the order be available for the needs of all users, including the disabled.The definition of the subject matter of the contract used in the specification by reference to trade marks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a particular economic operator is intended to specify the subject matter of the contract, should be understood as an example and considered together with the word "or equivalent" provided that they guarantee technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the above-mentioned documents.The detailed obligations of the Contractor with respect to the performance of this order are specified in the model contract - Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the regulations on personal data protection resulting from RODO1), and therefore, to submit a statement of contents: "I declare that I have fulfilled the information obligations provided for in Article 13 or Article 14 of the RODO1) with respect to natural persons from whom I obtained personal data directly or indirectly for the purpose of competing for the award of a public contract in this procedure.*1) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1).* When the economic operator does not communicate personal data other than those directly related to it or when the obligation to provide information is waived pursuant to Article 13(4) or Article 14(5) of the ARO, the economic operator does not submit the content of the declaration (deletion of the content of the declaration e.g. by deleting it). Equipment and devices delivered must be brand new, unused, production year 2019/2020. Delivery of equipment is possible only when the building is ready for its acceptance, inspection and installation. Until the time of faultless final acceptance, the contractor is responsible for its quality and proper quantity. The subject of the order will be covered by a minimum period of manufacturer's warranty.
