Wohn + Stadtbau Wohnungsunternehmen der Stadt Münster GmbH intends to develop plots 04 and 05 in the so-called Moldrickx Quartier, on the 2nd construction phase in Münster-Kinderhaus. Plot 04 is to be developed with a residential building with 15 condominiums and an underground parking garage, while plot 05 is to be developed with a residential building with day care for senior citizens on the first floor, rental apartments on the upper floors and an underground parking garage. As part of this award procedure, the object planning services for the object planning of buildings in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI ff. (LP 6-9).
