A. Solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
C. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00.
D. Proposals must be received via e-mail no later than 12:00 PM EST on 12 September 2019.
E. Proposals must be valid for 30 days.
F. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 and Section B.

H. A Site visit will be held on Thursday, 5 September 2019 at 12:00 PM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, jason.kyles.1@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 PM on 4 September 2019.
I. Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC by Noon on 6 September 2019.
J. Proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
