With this invitation to tender, the client wishes to conclude framework agreements on functional maintenance contracts (FEV) for the cooling systems, UPS systems and room control systems (RKS) under its operational responsibility at the decentralized locations and related services (4 lots).

The aim is to ensure the highest possible availability of the IT infrastructure at these locations.

The term of these is 36 months (basic term). The term is automatically extended once by a further 24 months (36 + 24) unless the client objects to an extension of the agreement in writing at least three months before the end of the term.
