Description

This contract involves the supply, installation and configuration of the active and passive components required to renew and extend the WLAN wireless network infrastructure and any cabling work. In this context, in collaboration with the contracting authority, the main tasks of the successful tenderer will be: - the site and Wi-Fi coverage study to determine exactly the number and optimal location of Wi-Fi access points in each of the areas to be covered,- the design and architecture of a solution best suited to the needs,- the provision of this solution,- the provision of active network equipment (access points), control systems, AAA infrastructure, any accessories ((Q) SFP....),- the definition of the migration plan,- the physical installation, the configuration of the active equipment, the commissioning of the whole, the testing of the new wireless WLAN network,- the supply and installation of structured cabling and transmission cables (copper, optical...) necessary for the connectivity of each of the equipment provided,- the technical migration of critical equipment (AAA authentication server, portal....),- technical, theoretical and practical training on hardware, software, protocols, configuration and maintenance of the proposed solution,- assistance to internal teams for the configurations necessary for the proper functioning of applications (e. g. integration with user databases....At the operational level, the successful bidder's service also involves:- the necessary mechanisms to secure the entire architecture in terms of IT, including its management,- the maintenance of the entire solution, including support, technical assistance and other related services.
