Tenders may be submitted for all lots. However, a bidder may only be awarded a maximum of 3 lots. In the event that a bidder submits the most cost-effective bid in more than three lots, the contracting authority reserves the right to combine the lots according to the most cost-effective aspects and to commission a maximum of 3 lots per bidder The services are to be provided in the urban area of Frankfurt (Oder) and the associated districts. The individual locations and areas can be viewed via the link to the geoportal provided in the attachment belonging to the lot, and the services are to be provided on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Execution of Services (VOL/B).The statutes of the City of Frankfurt (Oder) on the cleaning and winter maintenance of public roads, paths and squares and the levying of charges (street cleaning statutes) of the City of Frankfurt (Oder) dated 19.10.2023 - Official Gazette Volume 34, No. 11 Frankfurt (Oder) dated 20.12.2023, or as amended from time to time, shall apply as the basis for the execution of the winter maintenance and cleaning work. Furthermore, the provisions of the Brandenburg Road Act (BbgStrG) § 49a must be complied with.the contractor shall be assigned the statutory obligations of the client for its LOS during the entire execution period in accordance with § 4 of the street cleaning statutes.the contractor must in principle obtain all permits required for the fulfillment of the contract independently.surcharges for work on Sundays / public holidays are to be included in the price offered in accordance with the specifications regarding the times for the provision of services.
