Description

The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of:a) window cleaning along with horizontal blinds, internal and external window sills,b) cleaning of the glass façade in the building of the Poznań City Hall at 22 a, b Gronowa Street,c) cleaning of the ceramic façade in the building of the Poznań City Hall at 22 a, b Gronowa Street
1) The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of: a) washing windows with horizontal shutters, internal and external sills,b) washing the glass facade in the building of the Poznań City Hall at 22 a, b Gronowa Street,c) washing the ceramic facade in the building of the Poznań City Hall at 22 a, b2 Gronowa Street. Gronowa 22 a, b2) The service will be provided in accordance with the schedule, constituting Attachment No. 1 to the agreement, in the following buildings of the Poznań City Hall: a) Plac Kolegiacki 17,b) ul. Libelta 16/20,c) ul. 3 Maja 46,d) ul. Matejki 50,e) ul. Słowackiego 22,f) os. Bohaterów II Wojny Światowej 36,g) ul. Gronowa 22 a, b,h) ul. Gronowa 20,i) ul. 28 Czerwca 1956 r. nr. 404,j) ul. Za Bramką 1,k) ul. Świerkowa 10,l) ul. 23 Lutego 4/6.3) A detailed description of the terms and conditions of performing the contract has been specified in the model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.4) Detailed scope of activities and frequency of service provision is provided in Annex No. 1 to the agreement.5) Detailed list of areas in the buildings indicated in point III. 5) A detailed list of areas in the buildings indicated in point III. 1. 2) SWZ (SWZ) together with the number of square meters of the area to be washed and cleaned, is included in Annex 1 to the contract.6) Environmental aspectThe Contracting Authority requires that the offered chemical agents that will be used to perform the contract are safe for plants and animals, admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland, have an Eco-Label or Nordic Ecolabel environmental certificate or equivalent.7) Equivalence a) In Attachment No. 3 to the contract, constituting the "List of offered cleaning agents to be used for the performance of the contract", the Contracting Authority indicated the Eco-Label and Nordic Ecolabel certificates, at the same time allowing for equivalent solutions to those described, such indication being accompanied by the words "or equivalent",b) If reference to standards, b) If reference is made in the contract documents to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described, c) Demonstration of equivalence of standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems is the responsibility of the Economic Operator and should be documented by him and submitted with the tender.
