Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform: Replacement of existing packaged air handling units and remote exhaust fans with new, larger capacity systems, complete with heat recovery including revision and installation of associated distribution ductwork, stand-alone controls, and accessories. Project shall include required Infection Control, Electrical and Structural work to facilitate installation of new ventilation systems as described in the Contract Documents.
Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before 28 March 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time).
All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address, SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca.  Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; i.e. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the SHA Representative/Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP.
A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for March 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. meet at the front entrance. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Please register with Randy Durant via email randy.durant@saskhealthauthority.ca 1 day prior to the site meeting..
