Description
The subject of the contract is: - task I - prints for 2021 - design and production of subprints of certificates of detailed results of the eighth-grade exam, subprints of certificates confirming qualifications in the profession, subprints of certificates of maturity, on paper with a watermark of a special chemical composition which makes it impossible to remove the print without trace and distribution of the above materials to the offices of 8 District Examination Boards, - task II - prints for 2022. - making (including possible adjustment of the designs) of the subprints of certificates of detailed results of the eighth-grade examiner, subprints of certificates confirming qualifications in the profession, subprints of certificates of maturity, on paper with a watermark of a special chemical composition which makes it impossible to remove the printout without trace and distribution of the above materials to the offices of 8 District Examination Boards.
The subject of the contract is: - task I - prints for 2021. - design and production of subprints of certificates of detailed results of the eighth-grade examiner, subprints of certificates confirming qualifications in the profession, subprints of certificates of maturity, on paper with a watermark of a special chemical composition which makes it impossible to remove the print without trace and distribution of the above mentioned materials to the headquarters of 8 District Examination Boards, - task II - prints for 2022. - making (including possible adjustment of the designs) of the subprints of certificates of detailed results of the eighth-grade examiner, subprints of certificates confirming qualifications in the profession, subprints of certificates of secondary education, on paper with a watermark of a special chemical composition which makes it impossible to remove the printout without trace and distribution of the above mentioned materials to the offices of 8 District Examination Boards.2The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the option to extend the subject matter of the contract by an additional number of copies of subprints, in the case of a demand exceeding the basic contract, submitted by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract, but not earlier than after the completion of supplies in the basic scope within the given task. The maximum scope of the additional order within the task shall not exceed 60,000 copies of the total number of subprints of certificates of detailed results of the eighth-grade examination / maturity certificates / certificates confirming professional qualifications. The right of option may be exercised through a single order or through successive orders placed by the Awarding Entity. Each order under the option right shall not be less than 10,000 items. If the Principal does not exercise the option right in whole or in part (exercise of the option right does not reach the maximum of 60 000 items within the task), the Economic Operator shall not have any claim for exercising the option right against the Principal, including for lost profits, to which the Economic Operator gives his irrevocable consent. Under the option right, the Contracting Authority is entitled to extend the subject matter of the contract by the number and type of subprints according to actual demand.3 The division into tasks is not a division of the contract into lots. The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting partial bids. The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting variant bids.4. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the following activities by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Labour Code of June 26, 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended): production of subprints.5Numbers of ordered subclaims:1) for task I:a) 380,000 of subclaims of certificates confirming detailed results of the eighth-grade examination;b) 580,000 of secondary school certificate subclaims;c) 525,000 of certificates confirming qualifications in the profession; and option (maximum numbers):d) 60,000 of subclaims of certificates confirming detailed results of the eighth-grade examination / secondary school graduation certificates / certificates confirming qualifications in the profession;2) for task II:a) 460,000 of certificates confirming qualifications in the profession. b) 605,000 certificates of secondary school diplomas; c) 640,000 certificates of vocational qualifications; and option (maximum numbers):d) 60,000 certificates of secondary school diplomas/maturity certificates/ certificates of vocational qualifications in total.6A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is specified in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR.
