The reason for this amendment is to update the following:
1. Address vendor questions.
2. Update Attachments 005, 006, and 013.
3. Add Attachment 002a and remove Attachment 002 note.
4. Update Statement of Work para. 7.0.
5. Update Section L para. L.2.3.5 and L.3.0.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0001:
The reason for this amendment is to:
1. Extend the due date for receipt of questions to 07 June 2024 in clause L-215-H007.
2. Extend the RFP Closing Date to 28 June 2024. 
3. Upload the following attachments in Section J: Attachment 005, Attachment 006, Attachment 013, Attachment 015, Attachment 016.
4. Address vendor questions.
5. Update various SOW and Section L paragraphs.
6. Add Attachment 02 note in Section J regarding LCU Draw ings.
7. Add Wage Determination 2015-5535 REV 22 (Attachment 017).
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
