Therefore, the Economic Operator should include the above costs in the price of the offer.c) Within the remuneration specified in the offer, the Economic Operator is obliged to perform and mark and secure the places where the works are carried out for the time of their execution and ensure safe access to the work area.d) The commencement of the works may take place after the removal of the marking to the area and after the acceptance made by the investor's supervision inspector.e) The Contractor shall carry out its own valuation and then perform the following activities: take out the main points of the object specified in the design study, provide working repertoire (repertory) in relation to state reporters, perform geodetic measurements necessary for proper execution of works and acceptance of works covered by the tender (elevation of the object into the field, as-built measurements, including the development of as-built geodetic documentation, together with its inclusion in the relevant geodetic and cartographic documentation centre, On the latest date set for the handover of the construction site, he shall submit to the Investor's Supervision Inspector a prepared and complete plan of safety and health protection shall make and install information boards at the construction site according to the indications of the Investor's Supervision Inspector, in the event of the need to carry out tests, e.g., the followingmaterials, soil, etc. The Contractor shall perform these tests at his own expense and shall provide the Customer with the results of the tests together with the acceptance reports.
