Description

Delivery of consumables to maintain the operation of the water treatment plant in the central sterilization room and industrial water and maintaining proper parameters of drinking water. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix 2b to the ToR.
3.3 The Contracting Authority's requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract:1.1) offered materials must have attestations, certificates and be registered in accordance with the legal regulations requiring attestations, certificates and registration; 1.2) offered materials must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product.3.4 The Contracting Authority allows for submission of equivalent tenders. In the cases where the description of the subject matter of the contract specifies trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process which characterises specific products or services, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract by means of sufficiently precise descriptions and this is justified by the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, however, in each such situation the Contracting Authority shall allow for a solution equivalent to the one described above. In such situations, possible indications for trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process should be read together with the words "or equivalent". A contractor who invokes equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is obliged to prove that the materials and equipment it offers meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority at a level not lower than that indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract.In situations where the contracting authority describes the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the PPL Act, the contracting authority shall at the same time allow equivalent solutions to those described. In such situations possible indications should be read together with the words "or equivalent".3.5. The Awarding Entity requires the performance of the subject matter of the contract on the principles specified in the agreements the specimens of which are attached to the ToR.3.5.
