The subject of the contract is the successive supply of water meters with overlays for remote reading, implementation and operation of a system for remote reading of water meters using GSM technology for data transmission.1 Scope of deliveryThe scope of delivery includes the following services: a) the successive supply of main water meters and overlays for reading the state of the water meter and data transmission to the IT system in the amount of 2 000 pieces - according to the schedule.The delivery will be carried out in the form of a subsidy. The Contractor purchases the equipment (water meters + overlays) at his own expense and then delivers the equipment to the Purchaser. The Ordering Party shall pay off the value of the Contractor's equipment in 60 monthly installments. The payment for the supply of an IT system, implementation and maintenance of a system for remote reading of water meters with the use of GSM technology for data transmission with the granting of a license will be made on the basis of a separate invoice issued within 30 days from the date of system launch; c) GSM telecommunication service in the number of 2000 units; d) GSM telecommunication service in the number of 2000 units, ensuring communication between the devices installed on the water meters and the IT system of the Customer, provided in the period from the end of the implementation period, confirmed by the final delivery acceptance protocol for a period of 60 months.The delivery schedule is attached as Appendix No. 8 to the ToR.
