Description

The construction project involves the replacement of the Schillerschule school in Bürstadt. The Schillerschule is an elementary school with approx. 600 pupils. On a gross floor area of approx. 7,500 m², 24 classrooms, multi-purpose and support rooms as well as the school administration and technical rooms will be built on 3 full floors. The building will be constructed in solid construction, mainly in reinforced concrete and masonry, with a flat pitched roof and has a gross volume of approx. 31,700 m³. During the construction period, the school operations as well as the administration will be relocated to a container module facility.The services to be commissioned here include the wastewater, water and gas systems in accordance with DIN 18381 with the following scope:- 850 m sound-insulated PP pipe incl. molded and connecting parts DN 50-100- 268 m sound-insulated PP pipe incl. molded and connecting parts DN 100 for rainwater pipes in the building- 1.178 m TW-piping stainless steel DN 15-80 incl. fittings, heat insulation and fire protection bushings- 7 pieces hygienic flushing equipment incl. controls- 5 pieces instantaneous water heater and accessories1 piece softening plant and accessories- 155 pieces sanitary objects incl. supporting frames and accessories- 89 pieces pre-wall systems room-high h=3,70 m- 165 pieces core drillings D60-D200
