Description

The detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, together with the list of objects covered by the service and the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 3A to the ToR. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts referred to in Art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services in the scope: 1. maintaining the technical and aesthetic efficiency of all objects of the rainwater pumping station - 9 objects, 2. maintaining the technical and aesthetic efficiency of the rainwater retention tank together with the pump station located at Żelazna Street (1 object), 3. cleaning - twice a year - retention tanks - 4 objects, 4. cleaning inspection wells - 15 pcs. - 4 times a year, 5. maintaining the proper state of cleanliness of the pumping station/facilities within the fence, 6. current maintenance of the fence and metal elements of the pumping station equipment 7. current maintenance of CSA 700/A-type screw buckets - 10 pcs. (2 buckets work in automatics, 8 buckets switched on manually), 8. current maintenance of the GZUT Gliwice hook crane with electric hoist JNK-G, 9. object supervision, 10. current maintenance of pumps, 11. current maintenance works, replacement of parts and other works in the electrical industry, 12. monthly reports on the progress of pumping station equipment works, activities undertaken and the scope of works performed - at the end of each accounting month. The contract will possibly be awarded on the terms and conditions specified in the Public Procurement Law under the negotiated procedure, taking into account the prices included in valuation tables with values not higher than those specified for the basic contract, indexed by the average annual consumer price index for the years preceding the commencement of negotiations under the negotiated negotiated negotiated negotiated negotiated procedure.
