Description

The subject matter of the order is the provision of municipal waste collection services from owners of residential properties from the municipality of Barwice and collection of waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in the year 2024 and transport of this waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Wardyn Górny for the Eastern Region (manager Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., Wardyn Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn - Zdrój). A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The scope of the subject matter of the order includes:1) collection of mixed municipal waste from owners of residential properties and transport to the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing in Wardyń Górny,2) collection of municipal waste collected and collected selectively from owners of residential properties and transport to the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing in Wardyń Górny, divided into the following fractions (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021. on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions, Journal of Laws of 2021, item.906):a) paper, b) glass,c) metals and plastics,d) bio-waste;3) collection of household furniture and other bulky waste, as well as waste electrical and electronic equipment and tires once during the execution of the contract (in the month: March) and transport to the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing in Wardyn Górny. The Ordering Party will establish a detailed collection schedule with the Contractor. Residents will be notified of the collection date by the Contracting Authority. The Ordering Party assumes that one collection from the entire municipality will last no longer than one day (preferred day: Saturday). As part of the collection, the Contractor is obliged to load the waste directly from the property owners' premises onto the means of transport and clean up the site after the waste is collected. 4) Collection of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK).The Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point is located in Barwice at ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 44, where waste should be collected according to the following division into fractions;a) paper b) metal,c) plastics,d) glass and glass packaging waste,e) multi-material packaging waste,f) bio-waste,g) hazardous waste,h) expired medicines and chemicals,i) non-medical waste generated in the household as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes,j) used batteries and accumulators,k) used electrical and electronic equipment,l) furniture and other bulky waste,m) used tires,n) construction and demolition waste,o) clothing and textiles,p) packaging containing residues of paints, varnishes, solvents, wood preservatives, insecticides, plant protection products and fertilizers, gasoline, mineral and synthetic oils,q) photographic materials and reagents, color ribbons, printer inks and toners, video tapes, cassette tapes and other chemical waste, aerosol containers,r) fluorescent lamps and bulbs containing mercury.Removal of full containers and bins - after notification by a municipal employee to empty a full container or bin. The Contractor will have 2 working days to take the full container or container from the moment of notification of such necessity by an employee of the Municipal Office in Barwice.During the collection, the Contractor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order on the premises of the PSZOK and around it.5) collection of expired medicines in containers set in pharmacies and ZOZ facilities and batteries collected in containers set in public facilities and transport to the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing in Wardyn Górny. Containers for the aforementioned collections shall be provided by the Contractor.A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
