The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of the service of collection of municipal waste and its transport to the nearest Municipal Waste Processing Installation indicated in the "Waste Management Plan for Pomeranian Voivodeship 2022", generated and collected on all properties where residents reside, on all properties where there are holiday homes or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, on non-residential properties where municipal waste is generated covered by the municipal waste collection system in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, municipal waste, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage referred to in the Act of September 13, 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.

On maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities Provision of bags for selective collection of municipal waste such as paper, metals and plastics, glass and bio-waste; collection once a year (from residential properties) of bulky waste, electrical and electronic waste (complete and incomplete). The action in question should include the collection of the following waste fractions: bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, car, bicycle and moped tires. The collection does not include post-renovation, construction and sanitary waste.Control over the implementation by property owners of the obligation of selective collection of municipal waste;keeping records related to the activities covered by the contract.Data on the Municipality of Nowa Wieś Lęborska, affecting the subject of the contract The number of registered residents of the Municipality of Nowa Wieś Lęborska as of 31.08.2023 is 13,618 people. The area of the municipality is 270.39 km². The number of properties resulting from the submitted declarations as of 31.08.2023 is 3787, including 6 managers of multi-apartment buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) and 55 owners of properties on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes.
