Description

The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste: - from owners of properties where residents reside; - from owners of properties where residents do not reside, but municipal waste is generated; - from a property where there is a summer house or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes; - from the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK); - and other services listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as OPZ. Management of municipal waste collected directly from all properties and collected at the point of selective collection of municipal waste PSZOK and collected at the point/points of collection of expired medicines must be carried out in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (D

The management of municipal waste collected directly from all properties and collected at the point of selective collection of municipal waste PSZOK and collected at the point/point of collection of expired medicines must be carried out in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).The Contractor shall ensure management of collected municipal waste in a manner that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz.U. of 2023, item 1469).3.2 The scope of services and their description is contained in the Terms of Reference and in the appendices to the Terms of Reference, i.e.: detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (appendix no. 1 to the Terms of Reference), draft provisions of the contract (appendix no. 4 to the Terms of Reference), model calculation form (appendices A,B,C to the Terms of Reference).
