Description

The subject of the contract is: Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Pyrzyce and its management. The scope of this order includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the order description, from properties located on the territory of the Municipality of Pyrzyce where residents reside in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by Resolution of the West Pomeranian Parliament No. XVIII/321/16 of December 27, 2016 on adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022. The subject of the contract is: Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Pyrzyce and its management.The scope of this order includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the order description from properties located on the territory of the Municipality of Pyrzyce where residents reside in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended.), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by Resolution of the West Pomeranian Sejmik No. XVIII/321/16 of December 27, 2016 on adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Province for 2016-2022 with an outlook for 2023-2028, and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pyrzyce Municipality approved by Resolution of the Pyrzyce Municipal Council No. XXIII/169/20 of May 28, 2020, in effect during the term of the agreement. on adoption of Regulations for maintenance of cleanliness and order on the territory of the Municipality of Pyrzyce ( Official Gazette of the Western Pomeranian Voivodeship of 2020, item 3016, as amended), 2.The service of collecting municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Pyrzyce and its management includes the following types of waste:a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,b)biodegradable waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste collected in a selective manner,c) paper, cardboard, magazines, etc., including packaging,d) plastics,e) metal,f) glass,g) multi-material packaging, tetra pak type,h) bulky waste,i) used electrical and electronic equipment,j) used batteries and accumulators,k) used fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury (e.g. thermometers),l) expired medicines,m) household chemicals only (remnants of paints, varnishes, adhesives, solvents, pesticides and their packaging, used oils, etc.),n) used tires from passenger cars,m) construction and demolition waste including tar paper produced in the household,o) ashes,p) natural Christmas trees, with the proviso that their collection will be carried out in the period from January 2 to February 15.3 .Management of the collected municipal waste in accordance with the guidelines adopted by law and the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Western Pomeranian Province ( WPGO).4. The area of the Municipality of Pyrzyce is 205 km².4.1. The expected amount of generated municipal waste to be collected and managed during the term of the contract is about 6,169.0000 Mg, including:1) mixed municipal waste - about 3,666.0000Mg,2) selectively collected waste - about 1,524.0000 Mg,3) bulky waste - about 134.0000 Mg,4) waste delivered to PSZOK - about 845.0000 Mg.4..2 The population of the Municipality of Pyrzyce as of 31.12.2021 is 17,868 residents, of which:a) city - 11,438 people,b) countryside - 6,430 people.4.2.1 The number of residents according to the submitted declarations is 15,028 people as of 31.12.2021.4.3 The expected number of serviced properties- 2,970 of which:a) urban area:- single-family development- approx..100- multi-family development- about 140b) rural area:- single-family development- about 1,700- multi-family development- about 304.4.
