Description

The subject matter of the contract is the service consisting of:a) collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste collected from the owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Gromnik from the following villages: Brzozowa, Chojnik, Golanka, Gromnik, Polichty, Rzepiennik Marciszewski, and Siemiechów,b) establishment, organization and operation of a Selective Collection Point for municipal waste.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of:a) collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste collected from owners of residential properties in the Gromnik Municipality from the following villages: Brzozowa, Chojnik, Golanka, Gromnik, Polichty, Rzepiennik Marciszewski, and Siemiechów,b) establishment, organization and operation of the Selective Collection Point for municipal waste.The Contractor will be obliged to perform the tasks referred to above in a manner that ensures the achievement of the appropriate level of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill of the appropriate level, in accordance with the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities ( i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), provisions of Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Assembly of the Małopolska Region of March 27, 2017, on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, as amended by Resolution No. XXXVI/543/17 of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Assembly of May 29, 2017. , Resolution No. XLII/644/17 of the Sejmik of the Małopolska Voivodeship of October 23, 2017 and Resolution No. V/34/19 of the Sejmik of the Małopolska Voivodeship of January 28, 2019, the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gromnik Municipality, as defined by Resolution No. XLVII/449/2023 of the Gromnik Municipality Council of February 8, 2023, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", the provisions of Resolution No. LI/476/2023 of the Gromnik Municipality Council dated May 5, 2023 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of such waste, in exchange for the fee paid by property owners, as well as the manner of providing services by the selective waste collection point, and in accordance with the resolutions resulting from the aforementioned Act.2In accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item. 1469) and the provisions of the Regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gromnik Municipality, the service includes:a) collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste from properties where residents reside, including waste: non-segregated (mixed), segregated, biodegradable including green waste, bulky waste, construction and demolition waste used electrical and electronic equipment, used tires, expired drugs and chemicals, used batteries and accumulators, textiles and ash. (b) organization and operation of a selective collection point for municipal waste.
