Description

The subject of the contract in Part I is to provide the service of collecting municipal waste generated on real estate in the city of Kalisz from Sector I and transporting it to RIPOK. In particular, the subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from: 1) owners of properties where residents live; 2) owners of properties where residents do not live and where municipal waste is generated; 3) owners of mixed properties, i.e. properties where residents do not live and parts where residents do not live and where municipal waste is generated (in part used for business purposes); 4) owners of properties where holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational purposes are located.2The characteristics of Sector I are included in the annexes to the ToR: "List of real estate in Sector I", "List of real estate not inhabited in Sector I", "List of Family allotments in Sector I-III".3. The following types of waste are collected and transported to RIPOK within the scope of the contract: a) from the area of real estate where residents live: 1) mixed municipal waste; 2) selectively collected paper; 3) selectively collected metal, plastics and multi-material packaging; 4) selectively collected glass; 5) selectively collected biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste, including green waste; 6) ash and slag from household hearths; 7) large-size waste.including furniture, trolleys, bicycles, large household appliances, etc. b) from the area of real estate where residents do not live and where municipal waste is generated: 1) mixed municipal waste; 2) selectively collected; 3) selectively collected metal, plastics and multi-material packaging; 4) selectively collected glass; 5) selectively collected biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste.c) from the area of mixed-use real estate, i.e. real estate in the residential part and in the part of real estate used for business purposes, resulting in municipal waste: 1) mixed municipal waste; 2) selectively collected paper; 3) selectively collected metal, plastics and multi-material packaging; 4) selectively collected glass; 5) selectively collected biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste, including green waste; 6) ash and slag from household hearths.d) from the area of real estate on which there are holiday cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes, including Family Allotment Gardens from 1 January 2020.:1) mixed municipal waste; 2) separately collected paper; 3) separately collected metal, plastics and multi-material packaging; 4) separately collected glass; 5) separately collected biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste, including green waste; 4. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, requirements related to the performance of the subject matter of the contract are included in the ToR and its appendices.5The order will be executed on the following dates: 1) for the collection of municipal waste 16 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.09.2019;2) submission of a monthly report for the last month (December 2020) - in accordance with the contract - within 7 days from the end of the month;3) submission of a report for the second half of 2020. - in accordance with the contract, by the end of the month following the six-month period to which it relates.
