Description

The subject of the contract is the management (subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of properties on which residents from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune live in the period from the date of contract conclusion to 30.6.2020 on the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ and below:1. The scope of works covers the service of management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate where residents live in the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune and management of waste collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.2The subject of the contract covers the management of each quantity of mixed municipal waste collected and transferred for management - municipal waste collected in accordance with the commune regulations in force in this respect (including the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in communes), as well as in contravention of these principles.2.1. Mixed municipal waste shall be understood as the types of waste referred to in the provisions on waste, including Article 9e paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, originating from the owners of properties where residents reside.2Possible management of mixed municipal waste in a regional municipal waste processing installation within the meaning of the regulations on waste, including the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes collected at selective waste collection points established and operated by the commune, if such collection is carried out.2.3. mixed municipal waste is primarily waste defined and collected in accordance with the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes. Neither the Contractor nor the entity collecting waste may recognise - without the Contracting Authority's approval - that waste collected as segregated waste should be considered mixed waste due to the fact that segregation does not comply with the law. The Contractor is obliged to manage the above mentioned types of waste regardless of the code assigned to this type of waste. Municipal waste transferred by the Entity collecting waste from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune may also have a different code, also incorrect. The assigned codes, however, as well as their change as a result of the control of waste accepted by the Contractor remain irrelevant and have no impact on the amount of remuneration offered by the Contractor and due to him. The subject of the contract is the management (subject to recovery and neutralization) of green waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune live in the period from the date of contract conclusion to 30 June 2020 on the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ and below:1. The scope of works includes the service of managing green waste collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area/area of the commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki and the management of waste collected/collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of the commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.2The subject of the contract covers the management of any quantity of green waste collected and handed over for management, collected in accordance with the commune regulations in force in this respect (including the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in communes), as well as in contravention of these principles.2.1. Green waste management takes place in a regional installation for processing municipal waste within the meaning of the regulations on waste, including the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes. Green waste shall be understood as waste types referred to in the provisions on waste, including Article 9e, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, originating from the owners of properties where residents reside.2Possible management of green waste in a regional municipal waste processing installation within the meaning of the regulations on waste, including the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes collected at points of selective collection of waste created and run by communes, if such will be collected.2.3. green waste is primarily waste defined and collected in accordance with the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes. Neither the Contractor nor the entity collecting waste may consider - without the approval of the Contracting Authority - that waste collected as segregated (green) should be considered mixed waste due to the fact that segregation does not comply with the law. Green waste transferred by the Entity receiving waste from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune may also have a different code, also incorrect. However, the codes assigned, as well as their change as a result of the control of waste accepted by the Contractor, remain irrelevant and have no impact on the amount of remuneration offered by the Contractor and due to him.3The Contractor shall ensure that the waste is accepted for handling at the site of the installation on each working day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., in a manner least onerous for the Waste Collector.When accepting waste for management, the Contractor shall ensure the entry of waste collection vehicles, their weighing, issuing documents, including weighing receipts and waste transfer cards, and - when leaving, disinfecting vehicles collecting waste by using a paddling pool. The scale shall be equipped with a system recording data on weighing (weight of the vehicle, weight of waste, and vehicle number and type of waste) and transmitting this data on-line and on an ongoing basis (after each weighing) to the Contracting Authority.4Regional Waste Treatment Installations indicated in the offer must comply with the requirements of the law, in particular with the provisions of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and the provisions of the Act on Waste, including Article 35 et seq. It is prohibited in RIPOK and other installations to mix selectively collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste collected from property owners and selectively collected municipal waste of various types with each other. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below: 1. The scope of works covers the service of management of municipal waste of paper and cardboard collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune and management of waste collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.2The subject matter of the contract covers the management of any quantity of municipal waste.3 The subject matter of the contract covers the management of municipal waste of paper and cardboard, including in particular waste with codes 15 01 01 - Paper and cardboard packaging and 20 01 01 - Paper and cardboard. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below: 1. The scope of works includes the service of management of municipal waste of metals, plastics and waste from multi-material packaging collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area of the commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki and management of waste collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of the commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.2The subject of the contract covers management of any quantity of municipal waste.3 The subject of the contract covers management of municipal waste of metals, plastics and waste from multi-material packaging, including in particular: management of waste code 15 01 02 - Plastic packaging, 15 01 04 - Metal packaging, 15 01 05 - Multi-material packaging, 20 01 40 - Metals, 20 01 39 - Plastics. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below: 1. The scope of works covers the service of management of municipal waste, clear and coloured glass collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune and management of waste collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.2The subject of the contract covers management of any quantity of municipal waste.3 The subject of the contract covers management of municipal waste of clear and coloured glass, including in particular: management of waste code 15 01 07 - Glass packaging, 20 01 02 - Glass. 1.1. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents of the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below:1. The scope of works covers the service of management of biodegradable municipal waste including bio-waste, including biodegradable packaging waste, collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune and management of waste collected from points of selective municipal waste collection (PSZOK) from the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.2The subject of the contract covers management of any quantity of municipal waste.3 The subject of the contract covers management of biodegradable municipal waste, including bio-waste, including biodegradable packaging waste, including in particular: management of code waste: 20 01 08 - Biodegradable kitchen waste. 1.1. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents of the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below:1. The scope of works includes the service of management of municipal furniture waste and other large-size waste collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area of the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki and management of waste collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki.2The subject of the contract covers the management of any quantity of municipal waste.3 The subject of the contract covers the management of municipal furniture waste and other large-size waste, including in particular the management of waste of code 20 03 07 - Large-size waste. 1.1. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents of the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below:1. The scope of works covers the service of management of municipal construction and demolition waste collected/collected from the owners of properties where residents live in the area of the commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki and management of this waste collected/collected from the points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) from the area of the commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.2The subject of the contract is the management of any quantity of municipal waste.3. The subject of the contract for this part of the contract covers the management of municipal construction and demolition waste, including in particular: Waste management code 17 01 01 - Concrete waste and concrete debris from demolition and repair, code 17 01 02 - Brick rubble, code 17 01 07 - Mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, ceramic waste materials and equipment elements other than those mentioned in 17 01 06, code 17 09 04 - Mixed waste from construction, repair and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune live in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 30 June 2020 under the conditions specified below: 1. The scope of works covers the service of management of municipal waste of overdue medicines collected from the owners of properties where the residents live in the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune and management of waste collected from points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and from pharmacies - from the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.2The subject of the contract is the management of any quantity of municipal waste.3The subject of this part of the contract covers the management of municipal waste of overdue medicines, including the management of waste code 20 01 32 - Medicines other than those listed in 20 01 31. The subject of the contract is the management under the conditions specified in the general part of the OPZ (i.e. subject to recovery and disposal) of municipal waste collected from the owners of properties where residents of the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki live in the period from the date of concluding the contract to 30 June 2020. The scope of works covers the service of management of municipal waste, used tyres, collected from the points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) - from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.2The subject of the contract covers the management of any quantity of municipal waste.3 The subject of the contract covers the management of municipal waste of used tyres, including in particular the management of waste of code 16 01 03 - Used tyres.
