Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the service of collection of municipal waste from the area of the city of Biała Podlaska arising from properties where residents reside and where no residents reside but municipal waste is generated (mixed properties).2.The service consists in:1) collection of municipal waste from residential and mixed properties, located on the territory of the city of Biała Podlaska,2) equipping the properties with bags for selective collection of waste of the following fractions: paper, glass, metals and plastics,3) collection of expired and unneeded medicines from designated pharmacies, indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
The contracting authority estimates that the Contractor will collect the following types and quantities of municipal waste during the term of the contract:Type of waste Projected weight of waste for 2024. Quantities may be subject to change according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party, taking into account the amount of waste generated by property owners. When preparing a bid, the Contractor is obliged at his own risk to estimate the amount of municipal waste collected, taking into account changes that may occur during the term of the contract. 3) For segregated municipal waste for single-family properties, the Contractor shall provide the following plastic bags:1) for paper - blue bags with a thickness of 0.08 mm and capacity of 120 l - quantity of about 46,000 pieces. , 2) for glass - 0.08 mm thick green bags with a capacity of 80 l - quantity of about 46,000 pieces,3) for metals and plastics - 0.06 mm thick yellow bags with a capacity of 120 l - quantity of about 190,000 pieces. (4) At the time of collection of bags with segregated waste, the Contractor shall provide, at his own expense, replacement bags in the number of 1 per property. In the case where there are two or more separate households on the property, which have submitted separate declarations of payment for municipal waste management, bags of each type should be left, one for each household. In the event that the property owner manages the bags in a manner inconsistent with their intended use, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contracting Authority of such an event, no later than within 2 days of becoming aware of it. The contractor shall leave the first bags at the first collection of waste of a given fraction. (5) The contractor executing the order shall have a storage and transport base with appropriate equipment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on the detailed requirements for collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122). 6 A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
